It's probably better that the security team is down. They disbanded due to one of their members allegedly being involved in a rape. Key occupiers attempted to cover up the rape, but after a week it got out.

I doubt that La_Resistance was around when the security thing happened. It was a seminal moment in OcSac. It hurt us and it also made us stronger. We need a security team. Robert and Mary and others were doing a bangup job, amidst very stressful confrontational and hard circumstances. I was proud to be part of the team. If LR had been there helping out maybe it wouldn't have happened.
