Committee Report Backs
Outreach Committee, David - Announce the Strategy Forum, March 3 10am-3:30pm in West Sacramento, to unify and organize. Education and future forums to follow. Flyer includes topics of GA committees vs working groups, reaffirming adoption of OWS grievances, short, mid, and long-term goals, future actions and major events, and battles for the park.
Also upcoming is the May Day National Strike. And Chicago Spring regional and national actions, possible solidarity march on 5/19/12 for the G8 conference and NATO conference at the same time (in Chicago).
Discussion: Is the Strategy Forum addressing issues for/in place of the General Assembly? Nothing is unilateral, and all conclusions of the forum will need to be approved by the GA before being official. Held off location to conceal details of strategies, tactics. Meant as a team building effort. Suggestions made to hold multiple meetings covering same issues so more occupiers can participate.

Full-Time Occupation Working Group, Faygo - Action last night was a march to Old Sac. Positive response! Encouraging participation! Always needs more flyers to distribute for events. Looking into catering for events.

Finance Committee, Kim - There has been a motion, suggested but not made, for $200 to reimburse Ricky for our domains, Livestream, etc.

Foreclosure Action Team, Kathy - Manteco one day event, teach-ins. Statewide march at Attorney General's office in March...the AG signed onto settlement agreement with the big banks.

Old Business
Reimbursements - The Finance Committee should be able to fund events in advance in the future, but it was not functioning at the time of Kim's V-Day event. Kim spent out of pocket for a V-Day permit and is requesting partial reimbursement, $120 out of the total $170. Discussion: Turns out she could have done the event without a permit because of the lower turn-out than expected. Some felt the event was not entirely related to Occupy. But the event was approved/supported by the GA before it occurred. This motion to partially reimburse Kim $120 was approved by the GA with a vote of 17 to 1.

No New Business

Announcements
Robert - Action Working Groups handing out flyers, especially around college campuses, especially on Monday 2/20/12.

Faygo - Keeping the area occupied, could always use more full-timers for support and marches. An officer is allowing sleeping bags if they are unzipped. Officers are generally being nice. Seeing and hoping for more teamwork...Foreclosure team, Kim, and Brother Carter are working together with full-timers.

Ralphie - 3/31/12 Cesar Chavez march by Labor Council for Latin American Advancement. Starts at capital to park and on Capitol mall. Five minute sit-in. End at Southside Park.

Autumn - Organizing an online magaine, an "Occu-zine", and is looking for articles, etc to be posted.

The Outreach Committee is meeting at Broad Acres (coffee shop) after Wednesday's GA next week, ~7pm.
