1. Introduction from facilitator: Request for facilitators. Come to facilitation workshop. Hand signals. Work on motions/proposals before hand. Discussions on Facebook and in Forum.

Benny asked, "actual" process of idea to working group to committee to proposal to motion to vote? Answer: Sort of perfunctory, but sometimes gets interrupted, following NY's example, we're working on it, still meeting and trying!

2. Committee reports:
- Fago (food, logistics): Looking for money and gas for Kirk's vehicle to move stuff from trailer. Looking for hand or bike cart.
- Gary (active, new ideas, creative): Gardens being planted. Occupy night life, Occupy planes and trains. "Vertical Media" to Occupy trees.
- Elizabeth (outreach): With Los Angeles, Amy and others are planning 99% Outreach Rally, at 9th and M, at 3pm, on January 9th.

3. Old Business:
Tiffany (G.A. schedule and process):
Motion for quorum is postponed or canceled.
Autumn's motion/proposal regarding media representation was postponed or canceled.

Effective immediately:
1. Motion to hold G.A.s only on Wednesday and Saturday passed 18-0.
2. Motion for Wednesday G.A. at 6 pm passed 16-0.
3. Motion for Saturday G.A. at 4 pm passed 15-0.
4. Motion to skip G.A. on Xmas eve and New Years eve passed 13-0.

Mario asked about meeting indoors? Answer: Its been discussed, legal team had problems about abandoning park before, but it may come up again.
