Intro and Process
Facilitator: Tiffany

Committee and Working Report Backs
Food committee: No turkey tonight. Trying to get more hotplates to cook on. Spoke to a lady who does catering and might be contact for getting more food.
Resolutions: Will start a process of getting issues together. Mass communication of national issues, create report, write a solution and send to cities.
Media: Call to action: port of Stockton, port of Sacramento. Creating email list to distribute flyers for upcoming actions.
Information committee: Need people to help with flyers. Need volunteers for information booth to setup earlier in the day ASAP.
Legal committee: They are available to answer questions. Mark on our legal team here. Roundup: Great legal defense for those arrested. Tomorrow starting to compel city to give more information on relevant details regarding park information. Federal courts are standing with homeland security to refuse to give rights to be in these public places. Need more people to come out to show the city that the power is with us.
Outreach/community committee: Members went to OccupyCal and Oakland, Davis march tomorrow and encouraged to attend.
Agenda (“Old Business”)
1) Sandra: Thanksgiving idea, giving thanks to the movement and held Friday. Contact media to send out the message and invite people to bring food at a certain time. Will work with media and food committee. Concerns: lacking organization and over extending ourselves.
2) Sean: Motion to move GA to the steps across the street to city hall. Sends message to City Hall, closer to the street to invite people to watch. Although the facilitator has the option of holding them where ever they want.
Concern: Back support (can have chairs), consistency and symbolism of occupying the park.
Friendly amendment: Can try it out as an option at the discretion of the facilitator.

Working group creating bicycle generator: Needs tools and supplies.
NVC does a teach-in every Saturday at 3.
