Fago: Food coordinator - new procedure to get food out, trying to get tickets out,
some people are working and not able to get food, not to say that people can't get food,
but we don't want to run out before tired participants can get food.
Erin: with Community Outreach - couple of us went to Oakland and it was amazing and got
a lot of support and ideas, camp is beautiful
- we have a community account for donations at Floppy's
- we have new general fliers being printed
- zombie marches on the banks with street theater type thing set up
- march to the bank on the 29th

- Sunday 2:35 very important meeting for anyone interested in being involved talking about:
what actions to take, street teams, and ways to build community here at the occupation.
- been informed that there is no peacekeeping committee, if there is anyone here who was
part of that can you raise your hand? No hands. Just an alert.
Christina: Facilitation Committee, always looking for more volunteers, crowd control,
facilitation, if you'd like to volunteer, please see Christina.
Sean: Legal committee, this afternoon Robert Greenwich, a subordinate of KJ gave me a folder
with a thank you letter, and says he will be getting back to us on specific items of information
that we requested. says he will be back likely on Monday. Copy of this at the Info Tent.
Ricky: Media, we are busy figuring what to restructure, we are taking a bit of a break, media
team has been going for 16 days, if there is a lull in updates we apologize. we are still reading
suggestions and processing them but we are trying to regroup and strategizing.
III. Announcements
Thomas: From Davis Occupy, trying to build a network between Davis and Sac and we're trying to
build networks all through California.
Tim: I brought a PA system to keep on low volume, an officer informed me that we need a Special
Events permit, that's in the works now, but they're on furlough. Just FYI.
Sean: We don't have a peacekeeping committee anymore. All of our committees really need volunteers
Outreach, Media, anything you can help with! Please volunteer! I will have a formal paper at Info
Desk for people to sign names and contact info with a blurb about what people can commit to.
Mr. G: Great job everybody here. Some of you may or may not recognize or remember me but I preached
here Wednesday afternoon and was asked to come back and I'll be back Sudnay at noon to have a formal
speech to the people. I'm united with you and in full support.
IV. Proposals (Old Business)
No one to bring up old business, all things tabled for tomorrow.
V. New motions:
scott: Finance bylaws - finance committee was approved, first thing tasked to do was create bylaws
there is a draft posted on the forums of occupysac.com, I move that those be approved at tomorrow's
GA.
Guy: Process - It's really difficult to get thigns moving and on Monday we had 20 motions tabled
On saturday we have a lot of things to deal with, I would like to propose some sort of prioritization
to our issues, perhaps some committee, some way we can feel like we're effective and that the people
who come are involved. Motion to prioritize the motions that we have on the table. Seconded.
Rev. O'Day: Ex Director for Justice Reform Coalition, and sit on the board of the ACLU, we have
a grassroots organizing class to work with people organizing grassroots movements. I move to
create a presence down in Capital mall in front of the banks as well as here, we have to be in the
face of the banks.
Tiffany: Motion to form a nonviolent communication committee, by offering info to OccupySac members
and committees of how to use NVC, mediation skills, etc. Seconded.
Jack: There is a motion to create a committee to study consensus, I make a motion that we use Robert's
rules or a modification of such, until that report comes out. Seconded.
Erin: motion to protect our community by not allowing people to walk around with security badges
until there is a firm security or peacekeeping committee
Autumn: Exploratory committee that is supposed to decide how GA will run be placed under facilitation
committee. Second. Second motion, any declaration made from OccupySac does not contradict goals and objectives
of OWS. Second.
Matthew: Motion to not talk to police in an official capacity from the hours of 5am to 11pm. Redress
if/when the legal issues of occupying are resolved.
Thomas: Motion to discuss regulation of guest speakers. Seconded
