Occupy Sacramento and Homeless Rights Activist Faygo was arrested late Saturday when he was filming police harassing the feeding of some homeless individuals. He has been in the Sacramento County Jail since Saturday; his next court date is Tuesday (Jan. 15) at 1:30 p.m. Sacramento County Main Jail (651 I St.), Dept. 62. Please attend this court date for Faygo.
We’ve also heard he is being held in the medical wing of the jail, and is being denied visitors. Please call the jail to check on Faygo, and let the jail know we are watching, and we care.
